Torque Tools Inc. is an Authorized Manufacture Repair Center for all RAD® Torque Systems Products. We use only factory OEM parts and offer a limited six (6) month warranty on all repairs.

Torque Tools Inc. is the only repair center in the Central US authorized by the factory to handle warranty repairs for all models of RAD tools. All tools sent in for repair are fully disassembled and inspected per standards set forth by the RAD® factory and a written estimate is provided to the customer for approval prior to any repair work being performed.

Torque Tools Inc. has a full service hydraulic torque wrench repair facility including the repair of hydraulic torque wrench pumps. Just as your automobile requires regular service your tools require the same to keep them in top working order.

Torque wrench pumps require a regular oil change service, dirty oil will clog the oil pick up screen causing your tools to operate slowly.

Torque Tools Inc. also recommends replacing the seals in your hydraulic wrenches annually to prevent unwanted leaks in the middle of a bolting job.

Low profile ratchet links and square drive tools should have there ratchet assemblies fully disassembled and cleaned at least annually and re-lubed with clean grease to keep friction down allowing the tools output to match the calibration chart. After heavy use dirt will penetrate the side plates of ratchet links. If left untreated this will cause galling of the side plates and ratchet resulting in improper torque out. 

Manual click style wrenche’s worst enemy is rust. During the calibration procedure we can determine if the wrench needs repair or not. If a manual torque wrench does need repair it goes through a complete breakdown and each individual part is inspected very carefully. Most of the time simple bead blasting can remove any rusting that has occurred to restore each wrench to a like new condition.
